Sometimes the voltage coming out of the socket is not enough. It may be because of the untidy charging port. Give it a clean rub and make it tidy. If this doesn't work then use an alternative charging cable. Yeah... Do check out your charging settings menu, you might have enabled slow charging which charges the phone slowly but is more efficient.
