Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra - Connecting to server. Registration failed.

I bought Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra phone from Dubai and now using in Pakistan. Everything is working fine including Sim, calls, applications and other stuff. 

But I am not able to check software update. I am getting an error message. "Connecting to server... and then Registration failed. 

Anyone please tell me what is that and why it is happening?

putt samsung account ,
if yes ,
then check may b phone refurbished ,many imported phone from dubai is refurbished,

I connected my phone with Samsung account and how I can check if the phone is refurbished or not?

Register with Members app by scanning QR code on your box or input your IEMI manually

you can check by phone info app download from apkpure.com or go to imie.info web site and put imie and check your phone serial No match or not, and check your other spec,if not match any one thing , u r phone is confirmed refurbished.
