Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra - Connecting to server. Registration failed.

I bought Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra phone from Dubai and now using in Pakistan. Everything is working fine including Sim, calls, applications and other stuff. 

But I am not able to check software update. I am getting an error message. "Connecting to server... and then Registration failed. 

Anyone please tell me what is that and why it is happening?

Solutions;

1)Try using wifi
2) First register your phone with Members app
3) See at the back (outside) of your phone, can you find DEMO UNIT written there?
4) Reboot your phone in safe mode and try to update.

Do tell me if any of the Solutions work for you.

Ok wait for couple of days as server might be over loaded due to lots of queries.
Further One UI6 Android 14 is not available yet for S21 line-up.
