S24 ultra grainy display

I bought S24 Ultra just a little over 2 weeks ago and just yesterday noticed grainy/sandy display on the screen, which wasn't there before. 

Upon checking Reddit and other forums, I found out that this is a global issue with S24 displays. Does anyone from Pakistan face this issue? Is there a fix to it or any update from Samsung? Please respond if knowledgeable on this issue. Thanks.

Send any picture of the screen taken from another phone. Besides your problem, i have S24 Ultra used a month till now, but no such issue.

What screen resolution are you using right now ?

In light mode there's perhaps no issue. But it is quite visible in dark mode, gray areas. I am using FHD.

Same my phone also have grainy screen I'm from Pakistan too.
