S23 ultra updated issue

I purchased used s23 ultra SM-S918U a month ago. It's last updat on ui 6 and security patch level is 1st February 2024. But now may and july updates of UI 6.1 are not coming in my phone. Can anybody tell me how to update my s23 ultra to latest update.
