S24 ultra ear buds voucher not found

I got my preordered phone 2 days ago, upon checking the benefits i don't see any voucher instead it says "your voucher will appear when they will be availble for you"

I contacted my retailer and he said this is 100% GURANTEED pre-order set.

Should i wait or what should i do? Btw i haven't insert the sim card yet.

Bro if it is 100% confirmed pre-booked phone then voucher will definitely appear under benefits.
If it is taking too long then you can always call samsung pakistan helpline number to check.

They are not helping at all, i contacted two samsung personels and they said they can't do anything do about it, call the retailer lol

When did you buy phone and when did retailer received phone?

Pre ordered it on 6th feb and received it 2 days ago

Then no worries. I received my phone on 26 February and voucher appeared on 5th March. So be patient. It will appear In Sha Allah

Samsung isn't helping by any means, i talked to two live representative and call their service centre, even after providing the imei and serial no they can't even look up in their database if this is a early bird preorder product, all of them said to contact the retailer because i didn't pre ordered it from their website lol

Brother, I think samsung is not issuing everybody, I've same issue, it's been 2.5 month. Still nothing happened, called samsung. They say your info is wrong which trade-in shop gave us.
Shop said we put your correct. They're blaming each other. No one helping. I think many buyers get scammed by this.🥲
