Galaxy S
I just bought another sim from the same carrier. I have both the sims in my phone, sim 1 is working fine, but outgoing and incomming calls both don't work on sim2. When I type a number it gives me the option to choose from sim 1 & 2 but only calls from sim1.

I then went to sim manager in settings and sim 2 is not showing.
What could be the issue, I already checked in another phone the sim is working fine, and I've checked both of the imei numbers they're registered. Is there a setting I need to enable?

I have placed the sim cards correctly, if not then it wouldn't be showing me sim 1 and 2, refer to pic 1.

If it is a slot issue then it wouldn't be picking up the sim at all.

Try to reset your phone or reinstall firmware
