Pre Order Gift Issue

Hey,

I got my pre ordered s26 Ultra on 18th March. As every year, the voucher for the pre order gift comes in the members app within 24 hours. Its been a week now but i have not yet received any vouchers. 

Is anyone else having the same issue?

If so, did you get it resolve?

Kindy suggest how to proceed now.

Yes. Without opening, you can't redeme gifts.

Thanks buddy 👍 i have opened up... i have switched from S24 ultra to S26 ultra but.. what i feel, its my personal opinion samsung didnot gave inpressive change in model keeping in view its flagship phone. S24 Ultra is much robust phone. They r going back....
