Pre Order Gift Issue

Hey,

I got my pre ordered s26 Ultra on 18th March. As every year, the voucher for the pre order gift comes in the members app within 24 hours. Its been a week now but i have not yet received any vouchers. 

Is anyone else having the same issue?

If so, did you get it resolve?

Kindy suggest how to proceed now.

Same issue with everyone

Most people says it will be received within 7 - 10 days

It never comes after 24 hours. It has been 5 years I'm using an S series, updating every year. It normally takes at least 2 weeks for the voucher to come. Then it takes 2 more weeks for the gift to reach home.

Oh for me, it normally shows up within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery varies a lot from city to city tho. But this time its not showing, lets see maybe due to Eid holidays.

That's great, but living in Lahore, I never got it in 24 hours. It takes 2 weeks. And I also bought it on August 18th.

Well lets hope the voucher shows soon as delivery takes 10 working days too.
