I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding an issue I encountered with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus. Following a recent software update, two prominent lines appeared on the device's screen. This situation is particularly concerning given the significant financial investment in such a device, and the unexpected depreciation in value, as I have effectively lost half of its original cost. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to find a resolution or ascertain responsibility for this defect. As a long-standing Samsung customer, this experience has been profoundly dissatisfying.
