I had purchased S22 ultra 28 april 2022 it had touch problem, some time it stop working, some time stop touching a par or a key or zoom in zoom out by pinch some time its display tremble after some moments it become ok, i discused with samsung customer service they suggested to visit service center, service center staff checked phone did some thing in settings and toled that we have calibrated your screen actualy you had installed a screen protector and you warnty is void now if problem is persist your will be deposited and you will be charged amount of touch screen.
I am stonish to hear such words that i have paid 250 k for this device which has a factory problem and now samsung is saying to pay for this proble, I think Samsung has given it's product to an untrained company for manufacturing and they are looting people of Pakistan as I heared same problems with some other purchaser, I am a very old user of samsung but now they disopointed me.
I am waiting a reply by the Samsung, hope that they will not disopoint us more.
