ONE UI 7.0 have arrived. How did i achieved this?

I picked up the US model of the Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-S928U) and waited for days, but the update just wouldn’t show up. After some digging, I came across this video that walks you through changing your CSC to TMB – and it worked like a charm! I followed the steps exactly, and the update finally rolled in.

I dont want to switch to tmb what other option do i have?

Yes you can wait till may or end of april

After changing to TMB still not get the UI 7...

You are installing Decembers patch which means you were stuck to November. It will install Dec, Jan, Feb, March and then One UI 7
