Not receiving any updates since one ui6.1 and android 14

Hey everyone,

I have bought this phone in May 2025 and I haven't received any update since then. It's still of November 2024. Can anyone help me out with this issue please? It's a CPID unit and I'm currently in Pakistan. And the phone model is SM-S928U.

Share a Screenshot of the service provider software version in software information. It may be a carrier phone. From the model, it's a US variant. It's a carrier unlocked, but it's probably a firmware lock.

Do you see any other logo while booting except Samsung's?

Samsung galaxy secured by knox
And followed by
Powered by android logo. That's it.

So you are not seeing Verizon, T mobile, or AT&T?

No nothing. No AT&T or Verizon or T mobile. Do you know what could be the issue?

What does it says when you click on check for updates.

It just gives this message that it's updated.
