My s21 ultra is not updating from Android 13 s

Iam using my s21 ultra from 2 years but it is not updating to android 14 or one ui 6 else and my phone is cpid but shopkeeper has told me that updates will come in this but update is not coming since I have been using

Cheak software of phone. It will be patch or cpid. In setting cheak status of phone. I will be custum rather than offical
