Mobile Data Service Error

Hello everyone, i have received this error notification from mobile Galaxy S9 plus and my internet services are not working.
I called my operator Jazz to confirm if the services were temporary turned off or not but they denied any termination of networks.
Does anyone also face this problem and how to solve it?

5 hours continuous use otherwise i have to charge it 2 times a day to get through the whole day .

ikr.. but can't do anything even if u turn on medium power saving and turn off sync, it won't give u much. just like 20_30 mins extra i guess.
Thinking of replacing my battery. maybe that will boost things up

yeah same here battery consumption is same even in the high performance mode
