It sounds like you may be experiencing a bug with the pin lock feature on your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Restart your phone. This will often clear any temporary glitches or issues that may be causing the problem.

2. Check for software updates. Samsung regularly releases software updates that fix bugs and improve performance. Make sure your phone is running the latest version of software.

3. Clear the app cache and data for the LockScreen app. This can sometimes clear up issues with the app. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > LockScreen > Storage > Clear cache and clear data.

4. Reset your pin. If the above steps don't work, you may need to reset your pin. To do this, go to Settings > Lock screen > Screen lock type > PIN. Then, enter your current PIN and tap "Change PIN." Enter a new PIN, then tap "Continue." Enter the new PIN again, then tap "OK."

5. Contact Samsung support. If you've tried all of the above steps and you're still having problems, you may need to contact Samsung support for further assistance. They may be able to help you identify and fix the underlying issue.

I hope this helps!
