Check your phones imei and match it with imei on original box, if you dont have a box then use PTA DIRBS app for approval status there you can finally see if your imei is approved but phone model is shown different. Then it is patched or CPID/Server Approved.
How can i check wheather my phone is cpid or not. My secure folder and Samsung pass is working. Another thing is instead of having pta approved sticker on phone box it has trad(uae) sticker but I checked imei and it shows pta approved.
