I can't redeem my Samsung Fit 2

I prebooked my s20 fe so that i can avail samsung fit 2 for free but when i try to redeem it shows invalid imei or not eligible for promotion. Anybody facing the same problem?

yes I am facing same issue and it shows invalid email address.
I have called Samsung helpline to rectify this problem. waiting reply from Samsung.

call samsung helpline. i also called them. they will ask for some info. after that their representative call you.

AoA. I'm also facing the same issue with S20 pre-order. I tried to redeem voucher for fit2 but, the voucher doesn't automatically upload Samsung Members, as indicated in instructions pamphlet. Can anyone help me with issue. Thank you!

if they are doing this on purpose thats a shame as the end user who is buying their products has to go through this hassle and if the pamphlet is just a gimmick to hell with the watch 🤬

i had the issue. after calling 080072678 . they solved the issue.
they ask for details. it was easy and i got my geart fit 2.
