Samsung members app not showing s24 fe fit3 watch benefit

When I purchased s24 fe they mentioned that samsung fit 3 band promotion will be available to redeem within a day or two as mentioned on the website. But it's nearly two weeks and I still did not get anything in my benefits tab.

I got my device on 13th november and its almoat a month there is no sign of any voucher

Go to notification check if they send you beta 7 notification and then again go to software update and stall.... Mind it your phone should be updated

No update of oneui 7 still 6.1 as well as their support says the voucher would be available to redeem by next week.
