How to change csc on a phone without multi-csc support without root

I have a Samsung S21+ with PCT csc. It doesn't have multi-csc support so I can't use samfw tool, and PCT variants haven't received Android 14 update for some reason. Is there any other way to change the csc?

There is no PCT version Pak have two csc PKD...PAK which is your check again

It's not Pakistani version, it's the Puerto Rican variant, with SD888. **bleep** phones got exynos so I bought it instead.
