I don't use high or adaptive refresh rates. Normally, we use phone for calls and social chats like whatsapp, messenger or any other apps that don't require high refresh rate.

Low profile saves tons of battery if you use it with NFC & nearby sharing off.

The biggest battery saver is when you run both of your Sims on 2G only. Even if you use one sim for Data while outside, keep other sim on 2g.

You know, fold has only 4400 mah battery & I use battery protect while charging upto 85% only. The above tips help me to enjoy full day heavy use (no games) shooting professional videos, pictures, watching contents on YouTube, web research, emails, social messages and calls etc.

Thank you very much for such a detail response but I have read in different places that the battery technology is in enhanced and it is very good as compare to the past . so if you charge your phone to 100% it will not affect the performance of the battery, it still will be as good as you charge it to 80%.
so in summary it was claimed that charging battery up to 100% will not have an adverse effect on the overall battery health because the technology is evolved now.

Brother, whatever rechargeable battery you use, eg. Charging fan, light, car jump starter, Tyre air compressor, mobile or watch etc, it's always recommended not to charge or discharge fully. Specifically for the products having battery protection options because such an options are given due to some reasons.
I have been using phone since 1998 when only Paktel & Instaphone exists and the max talk time for a phone was 30 minutes 🤣🤣
