My fingerprint sometimes work fine but sometimes its not. I have to tap multiple times to unlock my phone. Its happening since when i buy this phone (S21 Ultra). Samsung please fix the fingerprint scanner issue via update.
The scanner is already pretty good. Samsung may give another update but you see there are 2 pre installed screen protectors on s21 ultra so maybe if the screen is not clean that may be causing the issue...Try cleaning it, if it doesn't work then seek professional help
i have cleaned the screen but it doesn't work everytime. when i reset the phone it work properly at start. but after installation of apps it again get unresponsive like before
