Galaxy Buds 2 pro redemption confirmation (S24 Ultra)

I filled the form on 5th March around 11pm. Upon contacting samsung support via whatsapp i was told that they tried to contact me around 3pm but my number wasnt reachable which was not acceptable for me because i had network available the whole time and i was active on community as well with the same network at that time.

However upon my pressing they arranged a callback within 25 minutes as a confirmation. Was amazed as to why was it updated that i wasnt reachable when it wasnt the case at all.
