Free ear buds

I got the confirmation on 14 March for my buds 2 pro still waiting for.

Wait for a couple of days, then contact samsung help center through whatsapp. I got the call on 16th March and received buds today on 26th.

Okay then it will take 2 weeks for buds to get delivered. I got it in 10 days after confirmation

Assalamualikum I got my samsung s24 on 26 Feb and I filled my voucher in 4th march and get miss call from samsung for confirmation, till that I called twice in samsung complaint number but didn't get yet confirmation call from samsung

I m really very much disappointed from samsung and its service.
First of all they should give ear buds at the time of delivery of cell. But they not only provided voucher after 10 days, but again condition imposed that ear buds will be given after confirmation call from samsung
