Free Screen Replacement for S21 Series - Green Line

If you have a Galaxy S21 Series Device with green line, you can replace the display free before 2025.09.30.

Following details were given by Samsung Support

Thank you for sharing your concern with Samsung and providing us the opportunity to assist you.

This is with reference to your concern regarding green line on display in your Samsung Galaxy device.

Regarding your concern, we have identify the green line issue on Samsung S21 series as a common issue, So Regarding your concern before 30-9-2025.

The device will be eligible for FOC one-time screen replacement after the inspection only.

Therefor the device should be under three rules.

1. The device must be purchased in 3 years.

2. The device must be purchased on Sri Lanka from one of our authorized dealer stores. (John Keells, Singer, Softlogic, Singhagiri, Damro, Dialog, and SLT-Mobitel)

3. The device want be non-effect from physical or liquid damage.

Note: The labour cost will be charge for the repair

Green line is common issue, but labour cost will be charged for fixing common issue 🙄 for authorised purchased only.
So other Samsung phone not come under replacement 😂.
They are manufactured by not Sumsung not not Samsung.

I'm not quite sure what point you're trying to make here. If the device is still under the warranty period, there won't be any labor cost as per my knowledge. However, all S21 devices are now out of warranty, so labor charges will apply. That said, the new screen will be provided free of charge, which would otherwise cost over 150,000 LKR. Here, authorised purchases refers to devices imported by the above-mentioned partners, but I believe it’s not limited to purchases made directly from those stores.

Hi Bro. When i bought also they said they will charge for the labour and repair cost for the display. Around Rs 6000 I think. But they will provide the display for free within the 2 years warranty.

That doesn’t sound quite right. Maybe they’re only offering free support for software-related issues.

Yea Bro. They should provide it free of charge within the Warrenty.
Yea for most devices they are only providing for Software related issues.
