Dear Samsung,
I am writing to you about a
problem I have with my
Samsung S21 Ultra phone. I
bought this phone in March

2021 and it was working fine
until recently. A few weeks
ago, I noticed a thin green
vertical line running from
the top to the bottom of my
screen. The line does not go
away even after restarting
the phone or using it in safe
mode. It is very annoying and
affects my user experience.
I have searched online and
found out that this is a
common issue with some
Samsung models. Many other
users have reported the same
issue, indicating that this
is not an isolated incident.
I have also spoken with some
of my friends who are also
Samsung users, and they have
experienced similar issues
with their phones. I have not
dropped my phone or exposed
it to water, so I don't think
it is a physical damage.
I am very disappointed with
this issue and I hope you can
provide me with a solution as
soon as possible. I have
attached some photos of my
screen with the green line
for your reference. Please
let me know what steps I need
to take to fix this problem
or if I can get a replacement
or a refund for my phone.

I have the same phone and this happened to mine about 30 minutes ago 😂 It's out of warranty and knowing Samsung and how they treat their customers after the warranty period has ended I guess we'll be shelling out some serious cash for a screen replacement.
