Fingerprint issues

Hello friends I have Samsung s21 plus that's have Fingerprint sensor issues when I try it says Make sure Fingerprint sensor is dry and clean

Remove protector if any. Use cold place to register like near AC etc

No protector was installed on it and also use in AC room but not work issue comes after reset.
