Issue with S25 ultra

Hello everyone 

I'm facing issue with my fingerprint of s25 ultra that i have to press hard to make it work even though it does have ultrasonic while my s24 fe is working buttery smooth with no issues, is it issue of screen protector? Because i have it and i read over internet that thick screen protectors can be problem for ultrasonic sensors, which screen guard should i buy?

I'm facing same issue with my S25U since i applied screen protector previously I had applied lamination like protector that time I had no issue and fingerprint was buttery smooth

Pro tip don't use og / thick screen protector

Always use thin screen protector

Toggle on the Touch Sensitivity feature in Display settings. It will work fine

It's already turned on, actually I've noticed that when my thumb is moistureized it work perfectly but when it's dry, it doesn't

The issue you are experiencing may be attributed to the screen protector. Replacing it could resolve the problem.

I recommend considering the Youhsh tempered glass Clear. I applied this screen protector to my S24 Ultra upon purchase, and after one year, it continues to perform flawlessly, maintaining its original condition and offering excellent fingerprint sensor compatibility.

Alternative reputable brands such as ESR and Ugreen are also viable options.

Welcome. I advise against the use of UV glass due to its flat screen design. Only tempered glass is recommended. UV glass has a limited lifespan, and its adhesive may cause damage to the screen.
