Ear buds not received

I have purchased s24 ultra 3rd july last month.i have not received any voucher yet .i am concerned as it has been one month .plz send me information about it.when i will receive my ear bud. Its not a profesional attitude from samsung

Oo hoo and i have very bad experience with galaxy A54 because it's security is not secured many adds at the device

Was there any offer of buds to be given with phone. Because if there is no offer, then you won't get anything.
