Dual App storage not working after update

Does anyone having issue with dual app media storage after update to 4.0 android 12?

I'm not able to download or upload any media file on dual whatsapp and other applications

But working fine with normal apps

Yes thus error happens to all who updated phones
Samsung work on it soon it released new variant

Thanks for your reply, i have lost all media files on my dual whatspp as well, i guess it would still be on folder but can't access them from whatsapp
