Camera issue

My s25 ultra phone main camera optical lenses have some issues. When it change wide to macro it couldn't auto focus. Lenses moving forward and backwards continuously. I attached one video here you can understand what I'm saying. There is noise when it happening. If you need more evidence please let me know. Thank you.
