Battery issue

I am using S23 ultra from last year and now when the battery reached 19%, it quickly drains to 15% qnd then to 2%. Is there any fix to it? Please help.

Electronic equipment can go bad at any time. Try changing it for testing.

It is normal. This problem will be solved with your handset's upcoming update

At this level, battery behaves like this. Whether it is samsung or iPhone. Older rechargable batteries have same pattern.
