I am facing a strange issue on s9. Battery level remains normal upto 30 percent but when it falls below 30 it suddenly goes down to 0 percent . What is the issue?
Li ions battery have this issue when they become old after heavy use of 1.5 years or normal usage of 2-3 years...After 5 years the battery starts to leak and it becomes necessary to replace it. S9 already had a lot of battery issues in the past...I suggest you use it and if it is troubling you...you take it to service center and have it replaced but before that I recommend checking battery health using accu battery app.
