No any fast Charging issues reported with the Tab S9 Plus. The Tab S9 Plus supports both 25W and 45W. So you can change from whatever original Adapter you want with 25W or 45W. But I recommend in the long term it is good for the device if you charge it with the 25W and the device also heats less compared to the 45W when Charging.
