Green line issue and slow charging

After september security update on my galaxy s20 ultra I have got some green line issue s in my mobile and also after the update it no longer supports superfast charging. And it no longer supports OTG and I cannot transfer my data from to my laptop its not showing any signs and it only supports charging from the port .after the September update this problem happaned can anyone give me a solution ?

Hi.. sorry to hear that. At the moment Samsung offering FOC display replacement program for selected device models that having green lines. Check with an authorised Samsung service centre about the eligibility of your device.
Not sure if it has a bug on September update that could be affect to charging and OTG support. But we can try few things. First, clean up the inside of charging port carefully. Second, backup your data and do a factory reset. If the issue is still there, probably it's a hardware issue or a bug on the update. In case, go to a Samsung service center for technical assistance. I'm sure they'll fix it for you 😊

Is the foc replacement free or do I have to pay for it ?

You will probably charge around Rs. 4,000 - 6,000 amount as per labour charge. The cost of the new display will bear by Samsung. But like I said, there're few conditions to eligible free replacement. First one is that the device must be purchased through Samsung LK or their authorized partners or a dealer. Second, device should not have physical damages. If these conditions are met on your device, you can contact a Samsung service center for proceed 😊

Yes it is very helpful to me i tried the reset but it didn't work so I have to go to a service center now

I'm so sorry about your phone. I also did the upgrade. But I don't have any trouble now. Totally fine
