Did you Bought original charger from samsung's official store or any random shop?

Because when you buy from any random shop, in most cases chargers aren't original. They look almost original from inside but....

Some apps that keep draining the battery and need to put them to sleep

Your device, adapter or charging are not matching,
Turn off fast chatging
Normally charge your phone,
Don't use during charge,
Change your charging adapter or cable if possible.
