type-C earphones not working in Note 10+ 5G

As it doesn't have 3.5mm jack, so i purchased type-C earphones but upon connecting it give error that the USB is not supported.

Any solution to make them work?

It will.work 100% its a software error. U have. To update or clean ur USB port with a Petrol or Perfume

Brother i had this same issue , not all type c hands free work , try using akg hands free because they work in my phone

You need to buy expensive type-c earphones which has a chip in it.
