restart mobile by itself once a day

My note9 mobile is restarting by itself once a day I try possible solution but its happening still.

go to device care then click on three dots in corner then disable auto restart

go to setting search "auto restart" and disable it if solution solve then click as soloution accepted

same issue in every samsung mobile although auto optimisation and auto restart is turned off.
