Hi. I just purchased the note 10 amits not even a week. But the phone heats up alot at the volume keys and the top half of the phone. This happens randomly during the day. What can I do?
you are might be correct. After you brought up the point of signals. I monitored the activity. when there are signal issues the heating issue comes up also. what can I do?
If the issue happens for 4G, try 3G/2G (auto connect) mode for your device. It may helps. But as per my experience 3G mode is draining more battery than 4G mode.
