my Note 9 update issue

Note 9 has not been updated since 2018 , its still on 8.1.0 version of android. Whenever I try updating its says You have already i stalled latest updates. Security Patch level 1 November 2018. Please help me how to update to 9.0

ur phone must be rooted before u buy if u didn't purchase seal packed phone

Yes it may be rooted. i bought it without warranty. please help me in case you are familiar with the solution.

download the latest firmware from sammobile but binary must be confirmed before u install the firmware

like which country carrier should i select? Pak is not in the list. What PDA and CSC versions should me looked up while download firmware from sammobile. please clarify
