start your phone > go to game launcher > just tap three dots on the top right > next click settings > then disable it ..

i want to disable both game optimizing services and game launcher two diffrent apps , just to check if makes a difference in fps stability... no any other issues brother thanks anyways for the help

You cannot disable Game Optimising Service. Game Launcher can disable my holding app icon and select disable option.
