fast charging issue

When i connect my charger my Note 9 does not show fast charging. What is issue. I also  reset my fone but

 problem is same.

goto settings...search Fast Charging..into fast charging option u can turn on and off fast charging...

mostly phone shows if its fast charging when you turn off the screen display and see if its showing or not how much is the battery size ?
