andriod 10 update

My samsung members app notices saying that update 10 for note 9 is already completed but m still on andriod 9 pie ...whats the issue my device not get it ? Its eligible for the update

First thing first you need to understand you have brought this handset from Malaysia so the software version it has on it can only be updated via OTA in Malaysia. but as this handset is currently used in Pakistan so the CSS is mismatch with Pakistan CSS which means it can only be updated to android 10 by flshing it through ODIN flash. This way your device will stay official

I would suggest you to go through step by step guide available on SAMMOBILE or XDA developer first before performing flash as any wrong step will result in bricking your device.
