Software Update Issue

Its Malik here.

I have Galaxy Note 9 128 GB & 6 GB, Korean Model.

But there is no option of Software Update in Settings Menu.

Tell me the Procedure to Update to Andriod 10.

you will also know how to download and install the firmware.

But Sir my Phone Software Root Change to Dual Sim.
How i Can find my Device Serial Number.

just enter your model No. Also check for Samsung software for Windows which updates the phone, I just can't recall the exact name of the software.
