Salam guys I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Since March 2019 unfortunately I am not receiving any security patch updates or regular updates since april what's the problem and how to fix it

I do get regular updates every month on my Note 9. Have you tried Samsung Switch on laptop or PC and tried to update your phone's software there?

i dont have access to my secure folder as its show knox mode failed... kindly help me out

Please download a latest firmware for your smartphone from sammobile guide is also there Flash through odin.
Mey it solved your problem or go near samsung center
