Software Not getting to update Note 9 u model

Anyone tell me why my note 9 not to getting update its stil on oreo. I'm recent purchase thos phone from local market.

The phone is okay. There may be software conflict between the firmware of the two USA brands which is why auto update is not possible. Take it to Samsung lab. They will update the software.

You are welcome. If you are from Karachi. You can go to Technocity. Samsung lab is in the basement.
U can also get it flashed to latest software there from other dealers there. This is last update for XAA on sammobile

Connect your phone to Smart Swirch on PC. it will show you the update.
or you can manually upddate it with Samsung official tool Odin.
