Galaxy NoteHello everyone,
I've recently purchased a Snapchat Plus subscription, but I'm not seeing the Snapchat Planets feature. I'm using a Samsung Note S22 Ultra, but despite this, the feature isn't showing up. When I previously had the subscription, I didn't encounter any issues, but now I am.
Could anyone please help?
Additionally, I want to mention that I've read some articles about the Snapchat Plus Solar System and they mentioned that this feature has been disabled. If this is the case, how can I enable this feature again?
Thank you!

Galaxy NoteThanks for explaining Snapchat Planets! I’m curious, is there any alternative way to view the Snapchat Planet Order without paying for Snapchat Plus? Appreciate any tips you might have!

Galaxy NoteThis doesn’t seem to be a Samsung issue. The Snapchat Planets feature is part of Snapchat+, so for any problems with that, it’s best to check with Snapchat directly or discuss on Snapchat planets website snapplanetsy.com

Galaxy NoteIt usually happens due to a sync or app issue, not because the feature is removed. Try updating Snapchat, logging out/in, and clearing cache.
If it still doesn’t show, it’s likely a rollout delay and will appear automatically once enabled for your account. Also, you can read this: Buy a Snapchat Plus, it’s very helpful regarding your issue.

Galaxy NoteHad this exact same problem on my Note after the recent update. Snapchat actually changed the default behavior for the Friend Solar System (Planets) feature due to privacy concerns - it is now turned off by default even if you have an active Snapchat+ subscription.
To fix it on your Samsung device:
- Open your Profile and tap the Snapchat+ membership banner.
- Scroll down to Friend Solar System and toggle it ON manually.
- Go to phone Settings, tap Apps, select Snapchat, tap Storage, and hit Clear Cache, then restart the app. (Note: The other person must also have you in their top 8 Best Friends for the planet badge to show).
A lot of people rely on Planets to figure out who someone is frequently interacting with, but Snapchat's built-in features are very limited. If your goal is safety or monitoring contacts and messaging activity on Android, native tools won't give you full visibility. That is why many parents opt for dedicated parental control solutions like mSpy instead. If you want to see how it works and what it tracks on Galaxy devices, this breakdown and review of mSpy has all the details: https://controlparentalapp.com/mspy-opiniones/
Hope this helps get your badges working!
