Hello, i have recently purchased a galaxy note 9 (second hand obviously). I came across an issue that when i touch its screen a bit firmly (not very hard only gentle press), my screen makes a creaking sound like a plastic wrapper being folded. Kindly guide me if this issue is universal & whether it can be claimed as manufacturing defect & repaired for free or else ?? My phone is currently in its original condition, never opened/repaired.
