Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G Black Screen Issue

Dear All I'm facing problem with my Note 20 Ultra 5G from this morning.

phone is on like I can hear notifications call ringer also Bixby is working but screen totally dark. Any one guide me plz 

Regarding Samsung Service Center im away from Station where I bought phone

Not blinking, screen totally dark. Fajar time i turn off Alarm and perform prayer after I pick my phone nothing to visible totally dark. So by idea I unlocked the phone with finger scanner and check Bixby responding on my voice.

didn't fell down. Some people saying it is because battery drain and software crash. InshaAllah once I go back I will fix with Samsung Official Service Center.
