samsung Account legal terms updated - this keeps coming but not resolving

Hi,

I keep getting message on my galaxy note 9 "samsung Account legal terms updated" but when I agree it does not work. My Samsung Health app also stopped working and giving error

Sign out from Samsung Account and sign in again

Go to setting and check your samsung account.Sign out from there

If you don't find sign out option then go to accounts menu in setting select your samsung account and sign out
